The Nordic Fathers on Paternity Leave -conference was held at Musiikkitalo, Helsinki (+ online) March 31, 2022. The themes covered we´re shared parenthood, child’s right to two parents, more equality between parents, fathers' strong relationship with their child and sharing good practices. The primary goal was to both promote and normalize fathers' participation in parenting. Nordic NGO’s, experts and authorities shared their experience and know-how.
